Glucose monitors now covered by medical plans instead of Caremark
Effective March 28, glucose monitors will now be covered under Corning’s U.S. medical plans administered by Empire BlueCross BlueShield. Glucose monitors were previously covered under the Caremark Pharmacy Program. If you have any questions regarding the level of coverage, please contact Empire at 800-791-7612.
