Shortly after we receive your application, we will send you a letter confirming receipt. We will review your application and supporting documents to determine if your child(ren) are eligible for CHPB. Please allow 3-5 weeks for processing.
If your child(ren) qualify for and are enrolled in the program, member materials will be mailed to you. Materials include an identification card, member handbook and premium bill (when applicable).
If your child(ren) do not qualify for coverage or if your application is incomplete, you will be sent a letter explaining why your application was denied or what information is missing.
