It takes us an average of 10-14 days to process applications once we receive them. You can verify if your enrollment is active by registering as a member on our web site, www.empireblue.com, after this time. If your application was complete and you have been enrolled in the contract of your choice, you will receive enrollment materials, an identification card and premium bill by mail. You will also be advised by mail if your application is not complete or, if additional information is needed to complete the enrollment process.
