Empire provides online information and guidance to enable members to get healthy and stay healthy. With our online services, members are able to: 

Perform advanced provider lookups

Update member information instantly

View/print EOBs and checks issued

View claims history and update additional information as needed

Refill prescriptions online

Use Empire's Click-to-Talk feature, which allows members to talk directly to an Empire customer service representative to resolve issues during regular business hours

Empire provides personal online health management tools through MyHealth, which can be accessed via a secure link in the Member Online Services area of empireblue.com. 
Members can track their personal medical records and health risk assessments, customize medical home pages that will supply them with pertinent health related materials, record information about doctors' visits and actions, and develop health maintenance and improvement programs and track progress. MyHealth also includes a variety of interactive tools to assess, manage and improve member health, such as quizzes and calculators.
