We’re pleased to announce that Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield has reached an agreement with South Nassau Communities Hospital. As a result, South Nassau Communities Hospital will remain in the network of Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield as a participating provider. This means that all Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield members who received covered health care services from South Nassau Communities Hospital will continue to receive in-network coverage for these services.
