We know one size never fits all. So we organized our business into the following customer segments to offer specialized support. 
National Accounts
Multi-state employer groups headquartered in our service area with 5,000 or more eligible employees -- with at least 5% outside of the headquarter state
Local Group
Businesses with less than 5% of eligible employees working outside of the headquarter state, as well as groups with up to 5,000 eligible employees
Individual
Customers under age 65 and their covered dependents (not covered by an employer)
Medicare Programs
Medicare-eligible individuals age 65 or older enrolled in Medicare Advantage, a managed care alternative to Medicare, or in a Medicare Supplement plan
