Sign Up for Empire's Enhanced Online Billing

Designed to simplify and streamline administration of your Empire healthplan, new Enhanced Online Billing lets you view, adjust and pay your premium bills online securely through Empire's Employer Online Services. 
When you elect online billing, you can:  

View and print detailed premium bills for your group, and also view group summary information.

Adjust your group's premium bills, ensuring that your bill reflects the most up-to-date enrollment status for your group.

Pay bills online, eliminating late payments and avoiding coverage interruptions. You may use a savings or checking account to pay your premium invoices through electronic funds transfer (EFT).

It's more convenient:  

Each month you'll be notified by email that your bill is available to view

You may grant online viewing/transaction access to other authorized plan administrators

All online payment transactions are secure. They are submitted through JPMorgan Chase's secure Pay ConnexionSM website* (JPMorgan Chase utilizes SSL encryption).
